$20 Per hour for this client

Seeking caregiver for weekdays Monday-Friday afternoon shifts, weekend day time shifts, and weekend overnights.

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable caregiver to work one-on-one with a young adult male who has cerebral palsy. Our client is non-verbal but communicates effectively using an iPad. He uses an electric wheelchair for mobility and is transported using a wheelchair-accessible medical van.

• Assist client with daily activities including:
  • Personal care such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
  • Meal preparation and feeding assistance
  • Light housekeeping and organization of living areas
• Support client during community outings, events, therapy appointments, and school activities
• Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
• Ensure client safety and comfort at all times
• Communicate effectively with family members and the care team

• Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities or in personal care preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to assist with personal care needs
• Patience, reliability, and a caring attitude are a must
• Must be comfortable working weekends
