Simple Solutions Psychotherapy - Founded June of 2020. We are a community-based organization providing therapy (individual, family, couples, & groups), after-school programs, mental health assemblies, organizational workshops, juvenile detention centers, case management and more! We service California residents via insurance or cash pay. Services are provided via telehealth and in-person in English and Spanish Language and based on specifics of contracts.
At Simple Solutions Psychotherapy we believe "It's SIMPLE people just make it complicated." We seek to assist PsyD practicum students in gaining knowledge and experience toward assisting the community with mental health services.
Outreach SupervisorThe Outreach Supervisor is responsible for leading, coordinating, and driving results for outreach staff to ensure consistent engagement, service connection, and measurable outcomes. This role combines hands‑on leadership, performance oversight, and strategic coordination to ensure outreach efforts are effective, timely, and aligned with organizational goals.
Leadership & Supervision- Supervise, coach, and support outreach staff to ensure productivity, accountability, and quality engagement.
- Set clear expectations, monitor performance, and address barriers impacting results.
- Conduct regular check‑ins, team meetings, and performance reviews.
- Model professionalism, follow‑through, and solution‑focused problem‑solving.
- Establish and track outreach metrics (e.g., engagement rates, service linkage, follow‑up completion, productivity).
- Analyze data to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement corrective actions when goals are not being met.
- Ensure outreach efforts translate into measurable outcomes, not just activity.
- Coordinate daily outreach activities, schedules, and coverage.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation, reporting, and data entry.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to streamline referrals and service access.
- Identify system or process barriers and upscale with recommended solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and service providers.
- Represent the organization professionally in the community.
- Support outreach strategies that meet the needs of diverse populations.
- Ensure outreach activities comply with organizational policies, funding requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards at all times.
- Support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of two (2) years of sales experience with demonstrated results.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of outreach, sales, or community engagement experience.
- Prior supervisory or team‑lead experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and drive results.
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or social service programs.
- Data‑driven mindset with experience tracking outcomes and performance metrics.
- Bilingual (if applicable to the community served).
