  Foster a motivated and engaged team through effective training, development, and recognition.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED required(bachelor's degree preferred).
• Experience:
  
  5 years of prior teaching and/or management experience.
• Skills:
  
  Project Management and strategic thinking abilities.
• Skills:
  
  Excellent communication (verbal & written) and computer proficiency.
• Skills:
  
  Strongpeoplemanagement and leadership capabilities.

  Proven time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
