Rancho Cucamonga, CABuild flight-ready parts with usWe’re growing our Rancho Cucamonga team and seeking professionals who take pride in precise machining, immaculate finishes, and dependable assemblies. If you love clean setups, tight tolerances, and flawless quality checks, you’ll feel right at home.

Opportunities
  • Buffers (Hone & Grind Operator) — $20–25/hour, 1st shift
  • Polish and finish aerospace components using buffing, honing, and grinding techniques.
  • Perform detailed inspections to certify parts meet aerospace quality requirements.
  • Uphold safety practices and 5S standards.
  • CNC Vertical Mill Operators (Haas) — $24–30/hour, 1st shift
  • Set up and run 4/5-axis vertical/horizontal milling centers.
  • Oversee 2–3 machines per shift while maintaining throughput and consistency.
  • Interpret blueprints/process docs; define tooling, setups, tolerances, and operations.
  • Load/recall programs and make minor edits.
  • Complete self-inspection with precision measurement tools.
  • CNC Horizontal Mill Operators — $24–32/hour shift differential, 2nd shift
  • Operate horizontal CNC mills to produce compliant aerospace parts.
  • Load materials, monitor cycles, and adjust offsets as needed.
  • Inspect with precision gages and maintain a clean, safe station.
  • Assembler (Soldering) — $19–21/hour, 1st shift
  • Read travelers and prints; clean, insulate, and wind bobbins per spec.
  • Solder lead wires/connectors; strip wire; measure coil resistance.
  • Assemble, insulate, coat solenoid units; perform final electrical tests (case resistance, dielectric).
  • Lockwire, stamp, and prepare units; sustain 5S and safety rules.
  • Use hand tools confidently; apply basic shop math; execute basic soldering.
Ideal profile
  • Experience in manufacturing/aerospace preferred.
  • Comfortable reading blueprints or detailed work instructions.
  • Detail-oriented, quality-focused, reliable, and team-minded.
