Searing Industries is privately owned family major manufacturing company located in Rancho Cucamonga with a second location in Cheyenne Wyoming established over 40 years ago. Searing Industries produces all sizes of round, square, and rectangle tube. With the growing demand in the Rancho Cucamonga location, Searing Industries is looking for individuals that want to grow their careers in the steel business and move to Rancho Cucamonga, California.

Ability to learn plant activities such as running automated equipment and general labor as needed. Forklift driving, operating cranes and the ability to be trained to run our equipment.

Full Time - Starting at $18.50 & up per hour. Full benefits after 60 days which include Health, dental. Vision & life insurance for you and your immediate family. Annual bonuses based off of company profits and shop drawings for prizes and money throughout the year for excellence.

Shifts are Monday thru Friday and most Saturdays, Day shifts only. Full time is roughly 60 to 70 hours a week, 6 days a week.

• Weekend availability
• We are a drug free work environment - must pass drug test.
• Ability to ready, write, and basic math
• Team player, willing to work with others, long days, and Saturdays.
• Ability to lift 20-50 lbs.
• Pass a health evaluation
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and equipment
• Some warehouse experience
• Good communication and team work abilities
