, a leader in the food industry, known for our high-quality products and commitment to excellence. We are looking for a dedicated Line Lead / Supervisor to support our production team and ensure smooth operations on the production line.

• Assist the Line Lead with daily production line operations.
• Monitor product flow, line speed, and team performance to meet production targets.
• Coordinate staff assignments to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Identify and report equipment or material issues to maintenance or supervisors.
• Ensure the production area meets safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
• Train and support new or temporary workers on job duties and procedures.
• Assist with basic documentation such as shift counts, downtime, or defects.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse, quality, and maintenance teams.

• Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is required.
• 1+ year of experience in a lead or support role on a production line preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions, lead by example, and work well with a team.
• Basic understanding of food safety and workplace safety procedures.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while standing for extended periods.
• Able to lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs.
• English is a plus but not required.
