• Thoroughly clean and provide daily upkeep of resident apartments and common areas
• Provide a high level of customer service to all residents and guests
• Report needed supplies to the appropriate designee and coordinate housekeeping services with other departments
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED (must be at least 18 years of age)
• One to two years of housekeeping experience in a similar environment (preferred)
• Experience working with seniors or in a customer‑service‑focused environment (helpful)
• Ability to obtain First Aid and CPR certification

This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 90 lbs), pushing/pulling, and other physical activities. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
