Pre-Licensed Real Estate Professional Learn to enter the real estate industry with confidence while earning rewarding commissions as you grow. We are looking for motivated individuals who want to learn to become licensed agents and build a successful residential real estate business through hands-on coaching and structured support. You will receive guided pre-licensing preparation, personalized mentorship, and proven systems that help you develop real-world skills before you begin closing deals.

You will learn how to build relationships, organize transactions, and understand the full process from the first conversation to the closing table. Our office provides a learning environment centered on collaboration, growth, and accountability, giving you the structure you need to succeed once you are licensed. First year earning potential when hitting goals: $130,000+. Responsibilities
  • Complete M and M University
  • Attend real estate training
  • Organize and build your database
  • Communicate with your database
  • Intern with teams or agents when possible
  • Complete courses and licensing to start earning commission income
  • Learn sales talk and scripts
  • Complete designated non-agent-allowed activities
  • Misc. activities as needed
  • Complete required outbound research calls

Qualifications
  • Sales experience

  • High School education, college preferred
