As a Café Supervisor at Klatch Coffee, you’ll work closely with the team and our customers to deliver unforgettable experiences every day. This is a hands‑on leadership role that offers plenty of growth opportunity for those who show initiative and love connecting with people.

Starting pay rate $20 plus tips ranging between $4-$6 additionally per hour.

You enjoy taking action, creating joy for others, and helping a team grow stronger together. You’re highly organized, thrive in fast‑paced environments, and love stepping up to make things better — whether that’s for a customer or a team member. You’re someone who notices the little things, jumps in where needed, and inspires others by example.

• Starting Out (First 30 Days): Work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with your team, learning daily operations inside and out. Help create and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment. Follow and uphold Klatch policies around safety, cleanliness, maintenance, and cash handling. Support inventory and ordering tasks to keep the store running smoothly.
• Next Steps (By Day 60): Begin actively coaching and encouraging your team. Lead by example in providing warm, personal service to every guest. Help plan team roles during shifts and encourage great collaboration. Promote a positive, respectful culture where everyone is motivated to do their best.
• Longer‑Term (By Day 90+): Support and inspire the team through ongoing training and coffee education. Help organize and support community events like live music, local art, and more. Become a go‑to person for both team and community—a friendly leader who’s known for getting things done and making people feel welcome.

• At least 1 year of leadership experience in a café, restaurant, or similar setting.
• A passion for customer service and team building.
• A natural ability to lead through support, guidance, and positive energy.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
