Buckle in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests. The role involves a mix of sales, merchandising and daily operations under store management guidance.
You will collaborate with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit Teammates and provide leadership across the store. This is a part-time on-site position with a pay range of $17–$20 per hour.
