Position Objective:

This newly created position will lead the sales process during the Exodus Rigs Capax pre-launch phase. Responsibilities include developing initial sales materials, creating the new vehicle showroom, conducting product demonstrations, supporting events, and engaging with customers. The role aims to ensure high customer satisfaction with Exodus Rigs' products and services. There is potential for growth into a Sales Manager position, overseeing the sales pipeline, including lead generation, order management, closure, and maintaining customer relationships during vehicle build, delivery, and after-sales support.

Critical Experience, Knowledge, and Capabilities:

  • Aptitude for the Premier / Luxury Vehicle Market, with success in high-end transportation (private jets, yachts, premium electric vehicles) and/or leading-edge consumer technology (battery/solar smart home systems, off-road vehicle electronics, premium RVs).
  • Sales acumen with the ability to confidently close pre-orders prior to product launch (startup pre-launch experience preferred).
  • Proactive and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for sales and marketing messaging.
  • Relationship management skills, including ownership of the end-to-end sales and product lifecycle, CRM tools, processes, and metrics, as well as communication via email, messaging, etc.
  • Experience in sales pipeline management, CRM, funnel metrics, and achieving closure rates.

Position Requirements:

  • College Degree (Associate's or Bachelor's)
  • At least 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in luxury automotive, aviation, or advanced consumer electronics.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Teams, and cloud-based communication tools like Jira, Asana, Trello.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with internal teams, partners, and customers.
  • Flexible, hardworking, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to pass random drug screenings.
  • Valid California Driver’s License.

Preferred Experience:

  • 2-5 years of sales experience in a Premier / Luxury Market, including automotive, technology, RV, or aviation.
  • Proven track record in product pre-launch sales phases.
