About the Role:

The Account Executive Wholesale Loans plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and profitability of our wholesale lending division by managing and expanding relationships with mortgage brokers and correspondent lenders. This position is responsible for delivering tailored loan solutions that meet the unique needs of wholesale clients while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. The role requires a strategic approach to business development, including identifying new opportunities, negotiating terms, and collaborating closely with internal underwriting and operations teams to facilitate smooth loan processing.

Success in this role directly impacts the company's market share and reputation within the finance and insurance industry. Ultimately, the Account Executive Wholesale Loans serves as a trusted advisor and key point of contact, fostering long‑term partnerships that contribute to sustained business success.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in wholesale lending or mortgage loan sales.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage loan products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a financial services environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with a variety of loan programs including conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans.
  • Familiarity with loan origination systems and CRM software.
  • Experience in a fast‑paced, target‑driven wholesale lending environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale mortgage brokers and correspondent lenders to drive loan volume growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the wholesale lending market to expand the client base.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, processing, and closing teams to ensure timely and accurate loan execution.
  • Provide expert guidance on loan products, pricing, and regulatory requirements to wholesale clients.
  • Negotiate loan terms and conditions to meet client needs while adhering to company risk policies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic sales initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective and existing clients.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, loan pipelines, and sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and company regulations throughout the loan lifecycle.
