Overview
Western National Group is looking for a Maintenance Technician Specialist to join our team in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This role is centered on fixing, restoring, and maintaining our residential properties while fostering a community spirit with our residents and teammates.
Your PartAs a Facilities Tech Specialist, you will apply your skills in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, or appliance repair across multiple sites within a defined region. You will be hands‑on, detail‑oriented, organized, and able to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently while collaborating with the maintenance team.
Our PartYou will support the daily maintenance and emergency repairs, unit turnovers, and asset preservation objectives of the property management organization. You will be the boots on the ground that keeps everything in working order and ensures a positive California living experience for our residents.
What We'd Love for You to Bring to the Table as a Maintenance Technician and Facilities Tech- Hands‑on maintenance experience in a residential, commercial, or industrial facility environment.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (college degree is a plus).
- Current California Driver’s License and up‑to‑date car insurance.
- Dependable driving record.
- Good communication and teamwork skills with residents and teammates.
- Ability to travel to other communities within a defined region.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook).
- Ability to learn and run your own team in the future.

Pay: $24.00 per hour with additional bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matches, vacation and personal time off, holiday pay, annual award and recognition events, and opportunities for advancement.
