Caddyshack Golf Cars in Rancho Mirage is looking for an assistant to the Sales Manager onsite.
Duties will include:
- Answering phones & greeting customers warmly and in a professional manner
- Assist in deal management, sending document requests, organizing paperwork, filing
- Take payments from customers and apply to appropriate invoice
- Filing Warranty Registration paperwork for new sales
- Work with the company's DMS system, as well as other computer applications like email, Dropbox, PDFs, etc.
- Manage office, filing and organizing customer files, and ordering of supplies
Additional tasks may be assigned.
The right person will be personable and have excellent customer service skills. Also have an ability to manage details and disparate tasks at the same time. Ability to work independently and follow up on items is key for this position.
This position is a Monday through Friday position, 9am to 5pm, during season.
In off-season months hours may be reduced.
