Position Summary

Our Property Administrative Specialists play an important role in a number of vital hotel functions. At our hotels, Property Administrative Specialists work across departments (e.g., Guest Services, Engineering, Food & Beverage) to support administrative needs. They provide administrative support—preparing documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software—serve as a point of contact for clients and vendors, and act as a liaison between the Sales Office and clients throughout the event process (pre‑event, event, post‑event).

They ensure smooth operations throughout the entire hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe workplace by creating safe conditions.

• Follow company policies, procedures, and uphold quality standards.

• Maintain a professional appearance and communications, including uniform.

• Build positive relationships with employees and departments, support the team to reach common goals, and respond to concerns appropriately.

• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager.

• Perform physical tasks: move, lift, carry, push, pull, place objects weighing 10 lbs or less without assistance; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
