Compensation

• Base pay range: $43.05/hr - $65.08/hr

• Monitors and provides comprehensive psychosocial care in accordance with accepted standards of practice of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and established EMC policies and procedures.

• Education: Master’s degree in Social Work
• Licensure/Certification: California Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW);
  Workplace Violence and Response Training Class will be completed during program orientation;
  
  Required:
  
  5150 Certification Training within ninety (90) days of hire; 6165 Behavioral Health (Rancho Mirage) 7338 Behavioral Health (Rimrock) 7345 Addiction Medicine
• Experience: Two (2) years of clinical social work experience;
  Preferred:
  Managed care, medical and behavioral health experience; experience in crisis intervention, oncology, and/or palliative care

* Sign-on bonus offered for all full-time positions. Part-time positions will receive a prorated sign-on bonus. First installment of the bonus pays out with the first paycheck, and then the remaining installment pays out at one year of service. Employees must be either part-time or full-time when the second bonus is paid out. Valid for external new hires only. Some restrictions apply.
