Clinical Dietitian-Diabetes Education-Diabetes Program at Eisenhower Health
Base pay range$32.12/hr - $48.79/hr
Job Objective:
- Teaches quality Diabetes Self-Management Education (DSME), and Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) skills to persons with diabetes mellitus
Education:
Required:
4-year DDS at accredited college or university
Licensure/Certification:
- Required:
Registered Dietitian (RD);
Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) required or may be obtained within first year of employment - Preferred:
Insulin pump certification
Experience:
- Required:
Two (2) years of Dietitian experience or completion of six (6) month Dietetic internship with one (1) year of experience in nutritional services
