Responsibilities
- Performs waived and up to moderate complexity testing on manual, automated, and semi-automated platforms.
- Processes specimens and specimen setup per department policy and procedure.
- Assists Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS), Histology Tech (HT), and Cytotechnologist (CT) with daily operation.
- Performs instrument maintenance, quality control, and troubleshooting.
- Performs Laboratory Assistant functions and shares skills intra-departmentally.
