Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist-Behavioral Health Receives A Sign-On Bonus

• Provides direct patient care and is responsible for providing individual, group, couples and/or family psychotherapy at the Eisenhower Behavior Health Outpatient Clinic. Maintains caseload by monitoring and providing comprehensive care in accordance with accepted standards of practice delineated by the Association of Marriage and Family Therapy Regulatory Board and established EMC policies and procedures.

• Education: Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or equivalent
• Licensure/Certification: Licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as a LMFT;
  Workplace Violence and Response Training Class will be completed during program orientation; 5150 Certification Training within ninety (90) days of hire
• Experience: Two (2) years of mental health experience in individual, group, and family psychotherapy;
  Preferred:
  Experience in Crisis Intervention; interest in clinical education for varying trainees in mental health

• Sign-on bonus offered for all full-time positions. Part-time positions will receive a prorated sign-on bonus. First installment of the bonus pays out with the first paycheck, and then the remaining installment pays out at one year of service. Employees must be either part-time or full-time when the second bonus is paid out. Valid for external new hires only. Some restrictions apply.
