• Current state Registered Nurse license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• One (1) year recent experience required; acute care setting preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing theory, infection control, and wound care standards.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards (TJC, CMS).
• Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures; adherence to policies and guidelines.
• Critical‑thinking skills.
• Basic computer skills: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
• Organizational and time‑management skills.

  As House Supervisor, you will provide administrative supervision of nursing services on the assigned shift, coordinate activities of nursing personnel for continuity of patient care, provide professional nursing care within the unit, and integrate the hospital’s mission and guiding principles into daily practice.
