RN-Clinical Coordinator-Sports Medicine Will Receive A Sign-On Bonus*

• Demonstrates advanced clinical and communication skills who, under the direction of the leadership, is responsible for optimal provision of quality patient care and assists with functioning of an assigned unit/clinic. Assumes clinical and operational leadership responsibility of the unit/clinic providing continuity and coordination unit/clinic activities. Demonstrates commitment to system values through customer/patient focus and continuous process improvement. Facilitates staff involvement in Performance Excellence.
  
  Assists leadership in monitoring compliance with all State and Federal laws. Accountable for assurance of staff compliance to Joint Commission Standards.

• Required:
  
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master’s degree in Nursing

• Required:
  
  California Registered Nurse (RN) licensure;
  Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association (AHA) required in all departments upon hire.

• Required:
  
  Three (3) years of clinical RN experience
• Preferred:
  Experience in the area of specialty; ONS Provider Card if assigned to 6171 Medical Surgical 3E

* Sign-on bonus offered for all full-time positions. Part-time positions will receive a prorated sign-on bonus. First installment of the bonus pays out with the first paycheck, and then the remaining installment pays out at one year of service.
