Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Technician to join our team at Ferrari of Rancho Mirage. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical diagnostics and repair, with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems. As a Master Technician, you will lead repair projects, mentor junior technicians, and ensure that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on a variety of equipment and systems, including [specify types of equipment, e.g., vehicles, machinery, HVAC systems, etc.].
- Oversee and execute complex repairs and upgrades, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications and safety protocols.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally and effectively.
- Contribute to a team-oriented work environment, promoting collaboration and communication among all personnel.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in relevant fields is preferred.
- Minimum [5+] years of experience as a technician in [specific industry or field].
- ASE Certification or equivalent professional certification preferred.
- Strong diagnostic skills and hands-on experience with [specific equipment or systems].
