Outreach Case Manager – HUD Office, Palm Springs
Location:
Palm Springs, CA
Salary: $71,000 - $95,000
Job Objective
Assists individuals and their families that are experiencing human trafficking in the community and in residence. The advocacy and support services include providing direct and indirect services that promote personal safety, safe housing and self-sufficiency. This position will focus on services for clients identifying as survivors of human trafficking seeking shelter services, as well as community services.
