Chiro Care Therapy is actively seeking a skilled, Licensed Massage Therapist (CMT) to join our wellness-focused team immediately. We have a full schedule of patients ready to be seen and a clean, supportive clinical environment that prioritizes both patient care and therapist well‑being.

This is a W-2 employee position with a flexible, part-time schedule. Patients are already pre-booked and ready for care. We are a family‑run clinic offering integrative care including chiropractic, therapeutic massage, and regenerative medicine like PRP and peptide therapy.

• Provide 60–120 minute massages (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Prenatal, etc.)
• Tailor treatments based on patient needs, clinical recommendations, or injury recovery
• Use hot towels, aromatherapy (doTERRA oils), and specialized techniques as needed
• Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and manage daily linens/laundry
• Educate clients on follow‑up care, stretches, and treatment frequency
• Collaborate with our wellness and chiropractic team for integrated care

• Active CAMTC Certification (CMT) required
• Current liability insurance
• Proficient in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage
• Bonus: experience with lymphatic drainage, prenatal, or post‑op care
• Dependable, professional, and passionate about helping others heal
• Due to the nature of certain services, some sessions may be assigned based on patient comfort and request. All qualified and licensed therapists are encouraged to apply.

• Part‑time position: 15–20 hours/week
• Current needs:
  Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday shifts
• Paid time included for daily room setup, cleaning, and laundry

• W‑2 employment — stable pay, consistent hours, and full legal protections
• Hourly pay: $25–$45/hour, based on experience and modalities
• Tips are 100% yours to keep
• Note:
  
  Some patients may not tip due to the clinical nature of care
• When tips are given, they typically range from $10–$50 per session
• Bonus pay available for specialty services (e.g., lymphatic drainage)
