The SAP Developer is responsible for contributing to technical projects and requirement-gathering sessions while collaborating within a team environment. With a solid understanding of SAP development principles, this role involves detailed application design, architecture planning, technology research, and the evaluation and presentation of alternative solutions.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, business analysts, and stakeholders, the SAP Developer plays a key role in designing, implementing, and unit-testing SAP solutions that align with user requirements and support business objectives. The developer also assists with the technical delivery of project components, provides guidance as needed, manages various development tasks, and supports both project initiatives and ongoing system maintenance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on ABAP programming experience, including user exits, ALV reports, Web Dynpro, Interfaces, Workflows, BAPIs, BAdIs, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, LSMW, dialog programming, OData services, CDS views, Fiori apps, and HANA objects.
• Demonstrated experience in extending standard SAP Fiori applications and developing custom Fiori applications.
• Strong expertise in ABAP Objects and modern ABAP (version 7.4 or higher) is required.
• Recent experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA, with familiarity across multiple SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, PP, PLM, SD, LE, WM, QM, PM, and HCM.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand and apply technical concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a collaborative team environment.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum.

• Knowledge of SAP technologies including ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP), Fiori Elements, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Experience working in a cGMP-validated environment.

• Competitive compensation range: $90,000 - $135,000 / year (California).
