- Lead and develop the supply chain team to meet performance and continuous improvement goals.
- Implement SIOP and materials management strategies to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with business units, engineering, and program management to ensure early involvement in proposals and design.
- Manage supplier relationships, including qualification, performance monitoring, and compliance.
- Oversee inventory, procurement, and materials planning to meet cost, quality, and on‑time delivery targets.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in operations, purchasing, or supply chain, ideally in electronic manufacturing for government contracts.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain tools, with experience in inventory, obsolescence, and Lean Enterprise systems.
- Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain a diverse workforce while promoting high standards.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to leadership.
- BS in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business; MBA and APICS CSCP preferred.
