We are a rapidly growing organic products company based in the USA, specializing in organic spices, teas, coconut products, and essential oils. With USDA Organic and Kosher certifications, and over a decade of experience in international markets, we are now expanding our presence in the U.S. retail sector.
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Representative (Part-time), based in California, to join our team and drive our brand’s presence in retail shops, supermarkets, and specialty stores.

We are expanding into the U.S. retail market with a strong focus on B2B sales. This role is ideal for a person living in California who is passionate about organic products, marketing, and building long-term business relationships.
Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for approaching retail shops, grocery chains, and supermarkets, presenting our brand, and driving new sales opportunities. This role requires traveling, building strong connections with store buyers, and helping us expand our retail footprint.
- Promote and sell True Organic products to B2B retail clients and supermarkets.
- Build and maintain relationships with store managers, distributors, and buyers.
- Pitch our brand to new accounts and seek fresh sales opportunities.
- Conduct store visits and ensure product visibility and placement.
- Maintain records of client interactions, sales reports, and follow-ups.
- Represent our brand professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Must be currently based in California, USA.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or retail is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel by car to visit retail shops and supermarkets.
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Well-educated, proactive, and results-driven personality.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- This is a part-time position and salary is negotiable.
