• Meet sales goals measured daily, weekly & monthly
• Consult with customers professionally and upbeatly
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices & retail items
• Maintain a clean & organized salon
• Open & close business
• Complete daily administrative paperwork & goal tracking
• Walk customers to their rooms & teach tanning equipment use for first‑time users
• Attend off‑site sales & job trainings

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Ability to stand, bend, walk 7+ hours per day
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible availability, including nights & weekends
