• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking
• Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use the tanning equipment when they have questions or are first‑time users.
• Attend Off‑Sight Sales And Job Trainings

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
