Dental Care of Baltimore is seeking a friendly, motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team 1–2 days per week
. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hygienist or a new graduate looking for a supportive environment, assisted hygiene, and strong earning potential without a full-time commitment.

• $60/hour guaranteed base pay
• Attainable production bonus with opportunity to earn above the base rate

• Assisted hygiene model – dental assistant support helps with radiographs, room turnover, and workflow

• Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene care
• Perform periodontal charting and patient education
• Take and review dental radiographs with assistant support
• Identify and communicate periodontal and restorative concerns
• Work collaboratively with the dentist and clinical team
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Maryland Dental Hygiene license or eligibility for Maryland licensure
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• New graduates welcome

1–2 days per week with some flexibility in determining the regular days.
