General surgery, orthopedic (including subspecialty), gynecology (including subspecialty), thoracic, spine, dental, ophthalmologic, oncologic, urology, and robotic surgery Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across a variety of surgical specialties - Participate in call rotation as a generalist - Collaborate with surgical and perioperative teams to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes - Maintain accurate documentation and adherence to clinical best practices Requirements

MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology Active Maryland medical license (or ability to obtain) Current DEA certification Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical skills Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
Starting at $460,000 (for call-taking generalists) Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 Vacation: 8 weeks paid vacation Retirement:
