• RN license (Maryland or compact RN license required upon submission)
• ACLS, BLS, NIH, and PALS certifications
• Prophecy Relias Advanced Emergency Department assessment
• 4hrs annual stroke CEs
• 3 years of Emergency Department experience, or 2 years of Level I or Level II trauma
• First-timers accepted with at least 3 years of ED experience
• Patient ratio experience of 1:4-6
• Support for Behavioral Health units with 1:6 ratio
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with Cerner, First Net, Launch charting systems

• Provide emergency care in a 54-bed Emergency Department treating neonatal to geriatric patients
• Support behavioral health units and rapid evaluation units within scope
• Collaborate with security team to maintain a safe environment for Behavioral Health patients
• Support approximately 120 patient visits daily with patient ratios of 1:4-6
• Maintain all certifications and adhere to hospital protocols, including holiday coverage and weekend shifts
