• Lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Ensure quality, service and cleanliness standards.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, take actions to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety, security and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a great shift.
• Help assigned departments meet their targets.
• Oversee Food Safety, Internal Communication, Inventory Management, Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness, Managing Crew, Quality Food Production, Exceptional Customer Service, Safety and Security, Scheduling, and Training.

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
• Passion for working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.

$16.00 to $17.50 per hour.
