Customer Service Rep, Retail Associate/ Customer Service

We’re seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist customers with questions and recommendations
- Manage sales transactions at the cash register
- Maintain cash security and protect company assets
- Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise
- Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and replenish stock
- Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with friendly interactions
- Maintain store cleanliness, including restrooms, floors, and trash removal
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail, hospitality, or grocery customer service experience highly preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
- Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and perform physical tasks (walking, standing, stooping, etc.)
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
