Customer Service Associate

We’re seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and replenish stock
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with friendly interactions
• Maintain store cleanliness, including restrooms, floors, and trash removal
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail, hospitality, or grocery customer service experience highly preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and perform physical tasks (walking, standing, stooping, etc.)
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
