Your Impact
  • Leadership:

    Oversee the MCAS process by helping guide teachers to complete portfolios and prepare for on‑demand testing. Actively participate in the interview process for teachers and paraprofessionals to drive staff growth.
  • Collaboration:

    Join forces with educational and clinical experts to drive innovation in designing individualized curriculum and implementing robust behavior support plans.
  • Data Collection and Analysis:
    Guide staff to help monitor students’ progress through data collection and analysis of IEPs, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize outcomes. Your avid analysis will drive our success.
  • Continuous Learning:
    Stay ahead of the curve with the latest research and best practices in ABA. Embrace innovation, integrate new findings into our practice, and seize every opportunity to contribute to the forefront of education initiatives.
  • Upholding Moral Principles:
    Maintain ethical standards and adhere to relevant laws and regulations governing the practice of ABA education.
What You Need
  • Master’s degree.
  • Current MA State Teaching License/Certification in Severe Disabilities or MA License in Special Education Administrator.
  • Keen understanding of ABA principles preferred.
  • Exceptional problem‑solving abilities with a knack for identifying and resolving challenges.
  • Demonstrated empathy, patience, and compassion for children and families.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to drive team success.
