Educational Administrator – $5000 Sign‑On Bonus

May Center School for Autism and Developmental Disabilities in Randolph, MA is looking for an Educational Administrator to ignite change and transform lives in the field of special education. As a pivotal figure on our educational team, you will spearhead leadership responsibilities and deliver specialized services to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.

Overseeing multiple classrooms, you will be the orchestrator of classroom success, providing guidance and leadership while implementing tailored educational programs that foster communication, socialization, behavioral management, vocational skills, and academic achievement. Our programs are centered on driving innovation in applied behavior analysis (ABA), and you will pioneer cutting‑edge approaches to special education and care.

• Leadership: cultivate and inspire a team committed to educational excellence. Through mentorship and guidance, empower team members to achieve their full potential.
• Staff Development: oversee the MCAS process by guiding teachers to complete portfolios and prepare for on‑demand testing. Actively participate in the interview process for teachers and paraprofessionals to drive staff growth.

  join forces with educational and clinical experts to drive innovation in designing individualized curriculum and implementing robust behavior support plans.
• Data Collection and Analysis: guide staff to help monitor students’ progress through data collection and analysis of IEPs, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize outcomes.
• Continuous Learning: stay ahead of the curve with the latest research and best practices in ABA. Embrace innovation, integrate new findings into our practice, and seize every opportunity to contribute to the forefront of education initiatives.
• Upholding Moral Principals: maintain ethical standards and adhere to relevant laws and regulations governing the practice of ABA education.

• Master’s degree.
• Current MA State Teaching License/Certification in Severe Disabilities or MA License in Special Education Administrator.
• Keen understanding of ABA principles preferred.
• Exceptional problem‑solving abilities with a knack for identifying and resolving challenges.
• Demonstrated empathy, patience, and compassion for children and families.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to drive team success.
