Behavior Analyst I (BCBA) – Randolph

May Institute – May Center for ABA Services and May Center for Early Intervention

Location:

Randolph, MA

Full‑time position with a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $110,000, plus a $5,000 sign‑on bonus.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and oversee individualized behavior support plans tailored to each student's needs
  • Supervise and train staff on implementing ABA strategies
  • Analyze data to assess treatment effectiveness and adjust plans as needed
  • Collaborate with families and staff to reinforce progress across settings
  • Ensure interventions align with ethical and clinical best practices
What You Need
  • Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or a related field
  • BCBA certification, or being in the process of obtaining certification
  • Strong problem‑solving, leadership, and clinical assessment skills
  • Passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities
