The May Institute is  seeking an
Assistant Clinical Director, Adult Services. This dynamic role entails shared responsibilities across two vibrant locations:
Randolph, MA and Revere
, MA within our Day Habilitation programsforadults age 22+with autism. In this leadership role,you'll
mentor clinicians, shape innovative programs, and collaborate with national experts
in autism and developmental disabilities.

• Lead
  clinical training, supervision, and staff evaluation
  to ensure top-tier ABA services.
• Track
  client progress
  and refine intervention strategies using data-driven insights.
• Stay ahead of
  ABA research and best practices
  , integrating new methods into clinical care.
• Maintain the
  highest ethical standards
  , ensuring compliance with ABA regulations.

• Master’s degree
  in behavior analysis, psychology, ora related field.
• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCBA-D).
• 1+ years
  of experience designing and implementing treatment programs.
• Strongl
  eadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  .
• Knowledge of
  CASP autism guidelines and state regulations
  .
