Assistant Clinical Director (ACD), Adult Services

Randolph, MA & Revere, MA | $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

The May Institute is seeking an Assistant Clinical Director, Adult Services
. This role involves shared responsibilities across two locations:
Randolph, MA and Revere, MA
, within our Day Habilitation programs for adults age 22+ with autism
. In this leadership role you will mentor clinicians, shape innovative programs, and collaborate with national experts in autism and developmental disabilities.

Your Role
  • Lead clinical training, supervision, and staff evaluation to ensure top‑tier ABA services.
  • Track client progress and refine intervention strategies using data‑driven insights.
  • Stay ahead of ABA research and best practices, integrating new methods into clinical care.
  • Maintain the highest ethical standards, ensuring compliance with ABA regulations.
What You Bring
  • Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCBA‑D).
  • 1+ years of experience designing and implementing treatment programs.
  • Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of CASP autism guidelines and state regulations.
