Behavior Specialist - Residential – $5000 Sign‑On Bonus

May Institute is looking for a dedicated Behavior Specialist to join our Residential Program in Randolph, serving youths aged 15‑21. This role utilizes Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to create individualized treatment plans, assess progress, train and supervise a team of behavior technicians, and drive program innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise the implementation of ABA services, ensuring fidelity and quality.
  • Develop, monitor, and adjust behavior support and individualized treatment plans.
  • Collect and analyze data, creating reports and graphs to evaluate treatment effectiveness.
  • Provide training and support to staff and parents, facilitating skill maintenance at home.
  • Adapt strategies to meet each client’s unique needs while upholding ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with the team in a fast‑paced environment, fostering professional growth.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or related field.
  • BCBA/BCBA‑D certification and ABA state license (LABA) required; BCaBA considered.
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills applying evidence‑based ABA practices.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, empathy, patience, and compassion toward children and families.
  • Leadership, organizational, and communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Knowledge of best practices for ABA services, CASP autism guidelines, and state regulations.
