Occupational Therapist

Job Description

We are expanding Care One’s in‑house rehabilitation team and seek an Occupational Therapist to join our facility in Randolph, MA. As part of a multi‑state network, you will collaborate with nursing and clinical staff to deliver high‑quality rehabilitation services for seniors and long‑term residents in short‑term rehab, assisted living, LTACH, and long‑term care settings.

• Provide and direct resident rehabilitation care using accepted practice methods and meeting all center, state, federal, and accreditation standards.
• Evaluate resident needs and establish effective, efficient treatment plans for assigned patients.
• Manage and coordinate supervision of treatment plans with staff and interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in the screening of residents and in center‑directed processes and services.
• Deliver clinical documentation to satisfy regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate billing records in line with center and federal regulations.
• Participate in in‑service training as requested.
• Occasionally travel to other facilities to provide services on a limited basis.

• Master’s degree in occupational therapy.
• Current and active Occupational Therapist license in the state of operation.
• Preferred: experience in older adult rehabilitation.
• Preferred: knowledge of governmental and regulatory guidelines in designated healthcare settings.

$38.00–$65.00 per hour
