Job Description
We are expanding Care One’s in‑house rehabilitation team and seek an Occupational Therapist to join our facility in Randolph, MA. As part of a multi‑state network, you will collaborate with nursing and clinical staff to deliver high‑quality rehabilitation services for seniors and long‑term residents in short‑term rehab, assisted living, LTACH, and long‑term care settings.
Key Responsibilities- Provide and direct resident rehabilitation care using accepted practice methods and meeting all center, state, federal, and accreditation standards.
- Evaluate resident needs and establish effective, efficient treatment plans for assigned patients.
- Manage and coordinate supervision of treatment plans with staff and interdisciplinary teams.
- Participate in the screening of residents and in center‑directed processes and services.
- Deliver clinical documentation to satisfy regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate billing records in line with center and federal regulations.
- Participate in in‑service training as requested.
- Occasionally travel to other facilities to provide services on a limited basis.
- Master’s degree in occupational therapy.
- Current and active Occupational Therapist license in the state of operation.
- Preferred: experience in older adult rehabilitation.
- Preferred: knowledge of governmental and regulatory guidelines in designated healthcare settings.

Salary$38.00–$65.00 per hour
