Program Manager (PC) – Children's Residential Program
Randolph, MA and Norwood, MA
Day, Evening, and Overnight Shifts Available | Full-Time & Part-Time

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and adolescents (ages 3–21) with autism and developmental disabilities. As a Program Manager (PM) in our residential program, you’ll provide strong and reliable leadership to help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can grow, thrive, and achieve greater independence.
Your Impact- Through strong and reliable leadership, provide training and monitoring to residential staff to ensure effective implementation of behavior support plans and IEP’s as well as completion of necessary documentation.
- Oversee daily group home operations such as budget management, staffing, adherence to weekly schedule, coordination of community outings, grocery shopping, and more.
- Ensure that QI/QA procedures are adhered to, working directly in ratio with students, and maintain environmental safety as well as a functional and homelike environment.
- Attend and participate in clinical meetings, PM meetings, and run monthly house staff meetings and develop meeting agendas.
- Participate in PM on-call rotation covering the manager on call through a rotating schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field is preferred
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to support children with diverse communication and behavioral needs.
- Experience with children or individuals with special needs (preferred but not required).
- The capacity to provide strong supervisory and leadership skills while supporting and guiding your team with empathy, patience, and respect.
- Demonstrated experience with budgeting, staffing, and scheduling.
- Experience in Human Services and with Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) is a plus.
- Competitive Pay: $29/hour-$30/hour
