• Be responsible for assessment, diagnostic formulation, treatment and safety planning;
• Provide clinical case management and linkages to community supports, resources, and opportunities;
• Coordinate a multi-modal approach to care including individual, family, and group treatment in the home and other community settings;
• Provide intensive family treatment and support interventions that assist the youth and family to overcome challenges posed by behaviors associated with the youth & family's condition;
• Coordinate care with schools, service providers, and other entities that provide support to assure that the approaches taken are integrated and clinically coherent;

• Education:
  
  a Master's Degree in Mental Health or Related Field;
• Experience:
  
  at least 1 year of Clinical Experience;
• Language:
  Bilingual a Plus!

Pay: $39.00 - $41.00 per hour
