Job DescriptionRecruiters at Whitridge Associates play a crucial role in identifying and interviewing top talent to meet the staffing needs of our clients.
Responsibilities- Sourcing candidates through channels such as our internal database and job boards
- Conducting initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for our client‑specific jobs
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and active contractors to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborating with team members to match candidates with appropriate job opportunities
- Assisting in the coordination of interviews and other recruitment‑related activities
- Providing administrative support as needed, including maintaining candidate databases and managing recruitment documentation
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Open to feedback and able to adapt quickly
- Motivated self‑starter with a positive attitude, competitive drive, and eagerness to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
- Previous experience in recruitment, customer service, or related fields is a plus—but not required
NOTE:
This is a commission‑based role that includes a base salary and other bonus opportunities.
