Lead our marketing function and drive strategic growth across our diverse programs and services. • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable growth
• Lead digital and traditional marketing initiatives across our service lines
• Partner with program leaders to align marketing with organizational goals
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership

• Provide leadership to marketing team members and external partners
• Serve as primary marketing liaison to internal stakeholders
• Build trusted relationships and manage workflow across competing priorities
• Mentor and develop team capabilities

• Ensure consistent, authentic brand representation across all touchpoints
• Guide content strategy and create high-impact marketing materials
• Lead social media, email marketing, website optimization, and digital campaigns
• Elevate May Institute's reputation as a leader in our field

• Establish KPIs and track marketing performance and ROI
• Translate data insights into actionable strategies
• Manage budget and optimize marketing investments

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 6-10 years of progressive marketing experience with leadership responsibilities
• Proven success developing and executing integrated marketing strategies
• Strong digital marketing expertise (social, email, web analytics, marketing automation)
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven approach with ability to balance multiple priorities

• Experience in behavioral health, nonprofit, healthcare, or education marketing
• Master's degree or project management certification
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements (HIPAA, FERPA)
