RN Shift Supervisor – Randolph, MA

Location:

Care One at Randolph

Salary Range: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Overview

Balance Life & Work with a New Career Opportunity in Long‑Term Care, Short‑Term Rehab, or Skilled Nursing.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee all nursing activities during the shift.
  • Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations, facility policies, and procedures, maintaining high quality care.
  • Act as the facility’s representative in the absence of the Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, and Administrator.
  • Delegate administrative authority and accountability required to carry out duties.
Position Requirements
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or an accredited RN program preferred; or a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program currently enrolled in an approved RN program and actively pursuing RN licensure.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or related healthcare setting.
  • Prefer experience in Skilled Nursing and knowledge of Long‑Term Care Federal regulations.
  • Active RN or LPN/LVN license.
