This role seeks a customer-focused manager who leads by example, coaches team members, and drives results in a team-oriented and dynamic environment. Our managers are customer focused, role models and coaches who drive results and the development of our associates.

• Manage talent, inspire the team, and ensure every customer leaves with a great experience.
• Oversee all store operations with an emphasis on meeting or exceeding sales goals, managing the budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring staff follow safety and security rules and Company policies.
• Foster an environment of diversity, inclusion and belonging.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred
• Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives
• Effective communication with team and management
• Scheduling availability to meet business needs
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required

• May require working in other stores from time to time
• Normal safety precautions typical of offices, retail stores, training rooms, and vehicles; adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated
