Sales Support Representative

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our Sales Support team in Randolph, MA. As a Sales Support Representative, you will be an integral part of our continued success by handling inbound calls and leads and all other support functions for our sales staff and customers.

• Work with assigned sales representatives to handle all customer inquiries
• Handle inbound phone calls and emails for assigned customer categories
• Perform thorough research, assessment, and distribution of sales leads
• Handle returns process with customers and vendors
• Prepare freight quotes as needed and assist with freight claims and warranty issues
• Assist with review and processing of orders
• Other duties as assigned

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must
• Agility and flexibility required in a fast‑paced, small business
• High School degree or equivalent;
  College preferred
• Ability to research and analyze information efficiently
• 1-2 years customer service experience preferred
• MS Office Suite
• Experience with CRM software – Net Suite preferred
• Must be able to proficiently navigate multiple computer programs and web‑based interfaces while speaking with a customer
