Automotive Technician Job Randolph area,Massachusetts USA,Trades / Skilled Labor

How was your week? Ours was AMAZING.

Our bays were full, our phones were ringing, and our team had more work than we knew what to do with. Everyone showed up, worked hard, and had each other's backs. No politics, no drama, no dealership games. Just a great team doing great work.

That's every week at AXP Auto. And we're looking for the technician who wants to be part of it.

We're a truly family-owned and operated automotive repair business with three locations in Randolph and Braintree, MA. Almost 30 years in business and still growing. We're not slowing down. In fact, we're expanding, and we want technicians who want to grow with us.

Are you tired of where you are?

Burned out by dealership politics, warranty times, or a shop that doesn't invest in you? We get it. We've heard it all and we've built something different on purpose.

We believe you and your family deserve more than just a paycheck. You should enjoy coming to work, respect the people next to you, and feel like what you do actually matters. We've built a culture around exactly that.

What your day looks like here:

You show up to a climate controlled facility, yes AC in the bays, with organized systems, quality customers, and a team that communicates. Work is dispatched efficiently, parts are handled, and you're set up to produce. We run a tight operation because chaos costs you money just as much as it costs us. If you win, we win.

We take pride in doing it right the first time. We reward technicians who diagnose accurately and fix it correctly because the only time we want to see that customer's face again is when they're smiling, not because the vehicle came back. That standard isn't just something we ask for. It's something our best technicians demand of themselves.

What we invest in you:

We don't just hire great technicians, we build them. AXP pays for ongoing training and sends our technicians to the best conferences in the country, including STX and Vision. If you want to sharpen your skills and stay ahead of the industry, we'll get you there, literally.

What we're looking for:

B-Level and A-Level technicians, 5+ years of experience required
Reliable, honest, and well-rounded, someone who takes their craft seriously
Mature and career-minded, this is a long-term opportunity, not just a job
A technician who takes pride in their work and holds themselves accountable to getting it right the first time
Someone who wants to be part of something growing and wants to grow with it

What you'll earn:

Flat rate compensation, top technicians earn very well here
The harder and smarter you work, the more you make, we're structured for that

What you'll get:

Truly Family Owned and Operated!
Almost 30 Years in Business and Still Growing!
No Weekends!
No Drama!
Climate Controlled Facility, AC in the Bays!
Health Insurance for You and Your Family!
Retirement with Company Matching!
