The role equips adults with disabilities to achieve meaningful career and personal goals by expanding access to competitive integrated employment, collegiate pathways, and workforce readiness opportunities.
You will deliver career readiness and employment services; provide 1:1 job development and coaching; conduct assessments; collaborate with families and partners to promote independence.
